Redeemed

After a lovely long stroll along a tree lined avenue to one of the best (in our opinion) panoramic views of Florence. An absolutely stunning city from above. Paid tourist rates for coffee but people watching on a beautiful terrace made it worthwhile,and Misty could sit in the shade.

IL Giardino del Rose was directly below our coffee terrace, quite small but perfectly formed with even more views of Florence (some roses were passed their best and needed dead heading).

Misty suffering with a bit of a limp for the last few days so may detour around any more big hot cities, especially as the temperature is 4–5deg above seasonal average, she’s fast asleep now😊. Tonight at 9pm it’s 28 degrees in the van 😅
