Still going strong 😊We had a lazy day on site while thunder storms rattled around us. By the time we were changed and ready to walk into Marcialla for or anniversary meal the sun was shining. A very unassuming external appearance was our venue for the evening, Taverna del Fiorentino. The minute we stepped inside we were treated like kings and queens, everything in the place was home made, and the love of food seeped out of the walls.the service was excellent, the food even better. We challenge anyone to give us a better T-bone steak. (1.1kg ) All the little extras eg aperitif, ice cream, almond biscuits dipped in wine made it extra special and us extra full. Fine dining Tuscan style.The walk home was magical. Fire flies lighting our way, distant lightning lighting up the sky and a warm gently breeze seeing us safely home.

What a fantastic anniversary.
