Just like or favourite Dr. Who episode today we came across big hairy beasts with tusks and we’re surrounded by little red worms!!!!!!
The former we met on our way back from our exploration of Saturnia village and after sitting by a calming fountain we were shocked to come across a wild boar (yes really in the wild and it was scary) and it’s baby. It was huge (some would say bigger than huge 😂) but Misty stood her ground to save us. Fortunately it ran away quicker than we did.
And now to the latter. We dipped out bodies it the Saturnia thermal cascades. We had been warned not to wear jewelry as the sulphur can damage it. We also knew about the wildlife which made it more interesting when other people discovered them. Because when you know the little red worms swimming around you are harmless you can become complacent and smile at others reactions. The thermal waters are a steady 37deg and therefore very relaxing.
The Barby tonight was delicious.
