The weather was turning as we left Calgarry bay so we headed for Tobermory. We’re not saying our legs are tired but we think we deserved a day off. We walked with Misty along the harbour with its pretty painted houses. Unfortunately the only dog friendly cafe was shut so we headed to the lighthouse 2km away. A pretty walk although the signs are wrong, it was more like 2 miles each way!! With the rain lashing we hurried back to the van and headed to Salen for lunch. Yum Yum! Local produce and home baked cake.

The campsite is rather exposed (already helped 2 people with tents.. hurray for motorhomes) but the views are splendid, and the on site food cabin do the most delicious scallops in seaweed.
