The rain persisted all night but we woke up to sun shine. Heard on the grapevine about a walk in vets just down the road, and we thought that we had better see to bringing Misty home with us 🤣🤣. Walk in did not work and we had to make an appointment, 3.30 this afternoon and as it was only 10am why had a bit of time to kill, so we walked Misty and shopped some more. All went well although the vet had to open a tin of dog meat and crush the table in it before Misty would even look at it (the vet has to see the dog eat the worming tablet). Misty passed the examination with flying colours and was healthy enough to bring home.

Now we were a bit behind schedule. We drove the 240km to Cadillac, near Bordeaux, just as it was getting dark.
