Boat to bus to Amsterdam was seamless,although running a wee bit late. A quick march to our booked Fabrique des Luminaire Gaudi and Dali meant we arrived on time,which we were very pleased about because it was amazing.

We wandered the streets of Amsterdam for the rest of the afternoon including a very interesting visit to the Palace. We finished off with coffee and a beer in the Lovers cafe which happened to be the meeting point for our evening dinner cruise. The food was fabulous as were the sights all lit up by 1000’s of lights.

Amsterdam has a fantastic transport system, and transported us to and from our hotel many times over the weekend.
