This may be our last excursion into the tulip fields, this year at least. As you can see at times we found it a bit tricky. Barbara never was very good at staying on her bike and Ian tried the stunt thing but after the look that Misty gave him thought better of it.

We found the cycle ways around the tulip fields very difficult to negotiate, not very much space! We did not see many other people but a kind person (our neighbour) did offer to take our picture. We did manage a quick ride around our local hill as well but there was a few too many people to really enjoy the fresh air.

The tulips were lovely, just quite sparce and only 3 colours, red, white and burgundy. We need to go back next year to see the whole range. We may need to go on a garden visit this year to see a better range of flowers.
