Le Shuttle

We weren’t going to do a blog today but your not home until your home. Two stops before hitting the tunnel one for wine and one for diesel, both significantly cheaper than the UK.

We checked into pet reception where they gave Misty the all clear to travel. We then hit the queue which was a bit longer than expected as they had had a power cut 2 hours previously and no trains were running. We went through all the checks before proceeding to an overcrowded car park. We left at 5.30 instead of 2.30, not too bad given the circumstances.

Outwith mishaps the shuttle is fantastic, straight out onto the motorway heading northwards home. Who would have believed that there could be so much traffic on a Sunday evening, it was the most we had seen for 10 weeks!!
