Chianti Classico

Castallina di ‘Chianti what a wonderful place, cappuccino, wine tasting, flowers and tunnels. What a place. Will come here again in the Jag with the soft top 😂😂😂. Not a big place but charming and one of the original 3 Chianti Classico towns. Where else to stock up on the red stuff. They even had to build over streets, forming tunnels, when the town expanded. These were magical to walk through. Every nook and cranny in the little streets have pots full of flowers making the bleak stone look pretty. We really liked this little place.

Joined in with the campsite meal tonight (yes we can be sociable) spaghetti and a glass of wine, talking to some lovely people from Holland.

Being checking out food and wine places for our anniversary tomorrow, found one with good reviews within walking distance of our current campsite. Woo-hoo. Apologies if we’re a bit late with the blog tomorrow 😉😉
