Bloody Tourists
We know we make up the numbers but when we are going down thousands of steps on a tiny track known as the blue trail you would think that the millions of people coming up would stand aside once in a while. But no !!! so it was a frantic, hectic, pushy way down but most people loved Misty and some even said hi. We are not fans of the tourist trail but accept we are one of the and put up with it!!! PS we’re not going on that trail tomorrow.
Rant over 😡
Cinque Terre is absolutely stunning and well worth a visit. Getting here was amazing. Hairpin bend after steep hairpin bend 😊 driving is definitely challenging around here. 😊😊 lescargot coped admirably again. Even St Francis was present over seeing things (and he had a dog). The old town was spectacular through the twisted, steep, stepped streets. And behold every one else was looking at the shops 😊.
Parked in a layby through the day as we could not get on our site until 7.00pm which again had spectacular views. They squeezed us in for 2 nights. Who said May was the low season. Contemplating high walks and boat rides over the next few days.
